The devices were very unusually shaped. They clogged all the time as well. The vape pen had a double pod system which I believe is what caused the clogging issue. I also ordered 2 dueing the BOGO but I didn’t get my free, which isn’t a big deal. The main issue was the clogging because once one side of the wax wash completed the other side didn’t function. I prefer the devices that they had before. The potency was good and it kicked in relatively quickly. The product is amazing it’s just the device it’s in that sucks.
